The Saguaro
National Park East Community is located Between Saguaro National Park
East, and Houghton Rd. to the East and West, and
between the Pantano and Tanque Verde Washes to the North and South. Up
until now, this
area of town has been undefined. While everything around us has been
defined with Vail to the
South, the Tanque Verde Valley to the North, and East Tucson to the
West, none seem to be encompassing of this beautiful and unique area.
Because of it's uniqueness it deserves a name. Nothing seemed more
fitting or appropriate than to name it after the wonderful national park
that it borders. So, I give you the Saguaro National Park East
Community! Welcome!
This community is beautiful
and rich in bio and architectural diversity with wonderful desert
landscape, city and mountain views, and gorgeous homes with everything
from brick ranch style homes, to southwestern style estates, to modern
marvels. It's low in density of population and homes, with many homes
being on 1, 3, or 3+ acre lots. Ask anyone who lives or visits here,
there is a unique feel of being outside of the city, yet close to things
like shopping and dining. Different than being all the way out in
Vail, and different than being locked in the Tanque Verde Valley. With
everything from the low $100,000s to homes in the $1,000,000+ range
there is something here for everyone. The close proximity to Saguaro
National Park East, hiking trails, and bike paths, make it an ideal
place to live for active people. The low density and quantity of large
lots make it great for someone looking for peace and privacy. And, much
of the zoning, washes, trails and nearby horse stables make it a great
place for horse owners. If you haven't previously considered living in
the Saguaro National Park East Community, you should now!
As a current resident of this area, and as someone that grew up in this
community, I believe it makes me uniquely qualified to be considered as
the area expert. I have been a Realtor since 2006, and serving this
community since then. Having received my Broker's license, and having
attained both the GRI, and ABR designations, I always make sure to go
above and beyond in my education to ensure that I am best able to meet
the needs of my clients. Putting the clients needs first is how I have
always run my business, and I believe the reason for my success. If you
are thinking of buying or selling a home in the Saguaro National Park
East Community, please get in touch with me. I would love to explain to
you why I would be your best choice for quality representation!
